• Customer data from your store

• Payment information (handled entirely by Shopify)

• Any personally identifiable information beyond your store email

How we use your data

• To scan your products for compliance issues

• To send compliance alert emails (if enabled)

• To improve our rules engine

Data storage
Your data is stored securely on Railway infrastructure. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data deletion
When you uninstall Comply Me, your data is flagged for deletion within 30 days per our GDPR webhook handlers.
