Results from Comply Me do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee regulatory compliance. Comply Me is not liable for any FDA, FTC, or other regulatory action taken against your business. Always consult a qualified regulatory attorney.

4. Acceptable use
You may only use Comply Me for your own Shopify store. Reselling or redistributing the service is prohibited.

5. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify Billing. Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

6. Limitation of liability
Comply Me's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
